Art Nouveau Meat Fork, Antique Silver Plate Cold Meat Fork, Serving Fork, 1877 Niagara Falls Silver Company, Wild Rose Pattern

A beautiful Art Nouveau silver meat fork. The antique silver plate fork was produced by the 1877 Niagara Falls Silver company in 1904. The pattern is Wild Rose which was later reintroduced by Oneida. This fork is marked 1877 Niagara Falls Silver company.
It has a beautiful rose relief design at the tip of the fork and vines running up the stem or handle with another rose at the neck of the fork. The design is also repeated along the back of the handle. There is some loss of silver on the back of the fork but not on the front.
I love antique silver and silver plate serving pieces. I use them interchangeably with my silver especially when I have holiday or family dinners. This pattern is especially lovely.
